Resource Commoning and Consistency of Interests:The Realization Logic of the Construction of Rural Governance Community Based on A Case Study of He Village in Guangxi

Abstract
Constructing a rural governance community is crucial for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and enhancing rural governance,yet faces the challenge of fragmented governance arising from stakeholder interest heterogeneity.While integrated urban-rural development provides policy legiti-macy for multi-stakeholder participation,the logical starting point and action mechanisms through which diverse actors form and expand such a community remain theoretically underexplored.Analyzing the case of resource commoning in Guangxi's He Village from a interest-relationship perspective,this study reveals that resource commoning fosters stakeholder interest alignment by creating a high overlap be-tween individual and collective interests,thereby serving as the foundational logic for community con-struction.This interest alignment subsequently facilitates the building of a rural governance community through mechanisms of shared value,collaborative relationships,and collective consensus.Integrating re-source commoning theory with China's rural governance context,the paper demonstrates how the con-tinuous reuse of resources mediates institutional and cultural factors,proposing a third explanatory path-way beyond"institutional determinism"and"cultural determinism."The study further employs a"shadow case"methodology to address the generalizability of findings.关键词
