Thoughts on Improving the Quality of Rural Financial Personnel
摘要
Abstract
The professional quality of rural financial personnel is directly related to the standardization and effectiveness of rural financial management.At present,there is a shortage of high-quality financial personnel in rural areas,which restricts the level of agricultural business entities in terms of utilization strategies,risk identification and response.To this end,the comprehensive quality and business adaptability of rural financial personnel should be comprehensively enhanced by improving their policy transformation and risk early warning capabilities,strengthening the standardization and refinement of complex business accounting processing,improving resource allocation analysis and dynamic adjustment capabilities,and enhancing the quality of decision-making data and support efficiency.This will enhance the level of rural financial governance and the overall economic risk resistance capacity.关键词
