Integration of Village and Community:The Generative Logic of Development Resilience in Project-based Collective Economies:A Case Study Based on L Village in Anxian County,Shaanxi Province

Abstract
Government-supported project-based collective economies often face operational chal-lenges such as project dependency and dilemmas of de-dependency.When government project resources contract,leveraging dynamic adaptive resource supply mechanisms to overcome dependency becomes pivotal for cultivating development resilience.This study examines L Village in Anxian County,Shaanxi Province,integrating local corporatist theory to explore the generative logic of resilience in project-based collective economies.Findings reveal that village organizations enhance resilience through three-dimensional integration of"government-society-market"resources:vertically,village or-ganizations proactively secures and adapts limited government resources to strengthen autonomous a-daptability;horizontally,village organizations restructures organizations and optimizes rules to consolidate village resource endowments and improve risk resistance;and multi-tier market networks in-tegrate market resources for sustainable development.Village community integration,as a localized model led by village organizations,systematically consolidates multidimensional resources to empower collective economic resilience.This research offers practical insights for optimizing government industrial policies.关键词
