农村产业融合发展的产业结构效应
Industrial Structure Effects of Rural Industrial Integration Development:Evidence from National Demonstration Parks of Rural Industrial Integration Development

Abstract
Industrial prosperity is a key goal of China's rural revitalization strategy.By extending industrial chains and optimizing factor allocation,it promotes the high-quality development of rural e-conomy.Using the National Rural Industrial Integration Development Demonstration Parks policy as a quasi-natural experiment,this study employs a staggered difference-in-differences model based on county-level panel data from 2013 to 2022 to assess its effects on industrial structure and underlying mechanisms.The results show that the policy significantly increases the share of primary industry,re-duces that of secondary industry,and has no significant effect on tertiary industry,leading to a temporary structural shift toward agriculture.These effects exhibit a diminishing trend over time.Mechanism analysis indicates that improvement in rural innovation and entrepreneurial activity stimulate primary in-dustry growth,while a short-term factor allocation bias toward agriculture restrains secondary industry development.The effects are more pronounced in the central region,former poverty-stricken counties,major grain-producing areas,and counties with lower initial integration or stronger government sup-port.Distributional analysis reveals that agriculture-oriented counties experience larger increases in pri-mary industry share,whereas industrially weaker counties undergo greater declines in secondary industry share.Moreover,the policy generates significant spatial spillover effects on neighboring counties.关键词
