Digital Transformation of China's Agricultural Supply Chain:Connotative Characteristics,Theoretical Logic and Implementation Paths
摘要
Abstract
The digital transformation of agricultural supply chain is of great significance in acceler-ating the development of a strong agricultural sector in the digital economy era.Based on supply chain management theory,technology embedding theory,transaction cost theory,and data element theory,this paper systematically deconstructs the remodeling mechanism of the"production—channel—logistics"model empowered by digital technology.It clarifies the theoretical connotations and target characteristics of the digital transformation of agricultural supply chain.Using the analytical framework of"macro policy environment—meso-industrial ecology—micro subject behavior,"we explain the practical foundation and internal logic of the digital transformation of agricultural supply chain.The paper then proposes implementation paths for digital technology embedding,e-commerce integrated service platform construction,supply chain channel resource integration,and logistics service network layout.The paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for solving key problems in the digital transformation of agricultural supply chain,such as"difficult"production transformation,"pain-ful"channel integration,and"broken"logistics information.Finally,it presents a future outlook on smart agriculture,omni-channel integration,and the smart logistics model.Core viewpoints are as fol-lows.Driving factors for the digital transformation of agricultural supply chain include strategic efforts to build a strong agricultural country,technological advances in"data—calculation—algorithm"changes,endogenous efforts by new agricultural management bodies,and market forces driven by changes in con-sumer demand.A digital technology-enabled agricultural supply chain can enhance supply chain resili-ence,optimize industrial structure,stimulate enterprise innovation,and promote farmer income.关键词
