摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model based on the FOCUS-PDCA theory and explore its application effects in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 100 AIS elderly patients ad-mitted to Huashan Hospital between January 2018 and May 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. Both groups received the same medical treatment. The control group received conven-tional specialized nursing care, while the observation group received the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model based on the FOCUS-PDCA theory in addition to the same care as the control group.Disease severity during hospitalization, motor abili-ty,self-care ability, and clinical prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the infection rate and tracheal intubation rate in the observation group decreased during hospitalization, serum albumin level increased,C-reactive protein level decreased, and the simplified Fugl-Meyer score increased at discharge. After 90 days, the modified Raskin Scale score decreased. All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-disciplinary collaborative nursing model based on the FOCUS-PDCA theory can help reduce disease severity and mortality rates, ensure better nutritional status, and improve long-term prognosis of elderly AIS patients.关键词
