微信小程序在老年脑卒中患者居家延伸康复中的应用研究
A study on application of a WeChat mini-program in home-based extended rehabilitation for elderly stroke patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of a WeChat mini-program in guiding home-based extended rehabilita-tion for elderly stroke patients after discharge.Methods 160 stroke patients discharged from Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and Neurology of Shanghai Post & Telecommunications Hospital between October 2022 and September 2024 were en-rolled and randomly divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).After discharge,the control group re-ceived conventional rehabilitation guidance,while the observation group received conventional rehabilitation guidance combined with home-based extended rehabilitation guided by a WeChat mini-program.The activities of daily living[Modified Barthel In-dex(MBI)scores],motor function[Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores],and neurological function recovery based on changes in the degree of disability[Modified Rankin Scale(MRS)scores]at discharge and 3,6,and 9 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results At 3,6,and 9 months after discharge,the MBI and FMA scores of the ob-servation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.001).At 9 months after discharge,the MRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.001).At 3,6,and 9 months after discharge,the MBI and FMA scores of both groups were higher than those of the same group at discharge(P＜0.001).At 9 months after discharge,the MRS scores of both groups were lower than those of the same group at discharge(P＜0.001).Conclusion The application of the WeChat mini-programs in guiding extended home-based rehabilitation for elderly stroke pa-tients can improve their compliance with home-based rehabilitation,enhance their self-care ability in daily life and motor func-tion,reduce their disability level,and improve their prognosis.关键词
