摘要
Abstract
To enhance the seeding uniformity and operational efficiency of rice direct seeding machines under various field conditions,this study designs a control system based on coordinated regulation of machine speed and seeding rate.By monitoring the operating speed in real time and dynamically adjusting the seeding mechanism's output,the system a-chieves precise matching between seeding volume and forward speed.The control system is centered on an embedded controller,integrating a GPS positioning module,speed sensors,and an electric seed metering drive unit.A closed-loop control model is constructed,with information exchange and multi-channel control realized via a CAN bus net-work.A nonlinear mapping model between operating speed and seeding rate is established,and adaptive response to speed variation is achieved through a combination of PID control and feedforward compensation algorithms.Field test re-sults show that within the operating speed range of 3~7 km/h,the system maintains seeding density fluctuations within±5%,significantly improving seeding uniformity and system stability.This research provides an effective technical ap-proach for the intelligent and precision operation of rice direct seeding machinery.关键词
