集体产权制度改革会提升村庄公共品供给绩效吗
Does the Reform of Collective Property Rights System Enhance the Performance of Village Public Goods Provision?Based on the Evidence from 3133 Farm Households in 10 Provinces across China

Abstract
The reform of collective property rights system is a major institutional innovation in the rural areas of China,which is of great significance in enhancing the performance of village public goods supply.This study analyzes the mechanism of collective property right system reform on the performance of public goods supply and empirically tests it using the endogenous switching regression.The results show that the reform of collective property rights system significantly im-proves the performance of village public goods supply,with a 7.5％increase in performance com-pared to villages that have not completed the reform of collective property rights system.Heteroge-neity analysis indicates that the reform of collective property rights system has a significantly posi-tive impact on the performance of public goods provision in remote villages,villages with collective shares,and where the village party secretary is also the head of village committee.Further research reveals that strengthening collective economy and enhancing the ability of village democratic gov-ernance are key pathways through which the reform of the collective property rights system signifi-cantly improves the performance of public goods provision in villages.关键词
