Design and Experiment of Variable Rate Spraying System for Orchard Sprager
摘要
Abstract
A variable spray system was designed to improve the uneven distribution of droplet during the spray operation in short anvil close planting orchard.The variable system is mainly composed of STM32 single chip microcomputer,pressure sensor,ultrasonic sensor,regulating valve,etc.With STM32 single chip microcomputer as the core,ultrasonic sensor array is used to calculate the canopy volume of fruit trees,and the accuracy of the obtained canopy volume calcu-lation model is tested.The actual pressure at the nozzle is collected by the pressure sensor,and the microcontroller com-pares the actual pressure with the theoretical pressure to adjust the opening of the regulating valve.The results show that the average relative error between the traditional tree canopy volume estimation model and the sensor array model is 11.79%,which proves that the ultrasonic sensor array meets the design requirements in estimating the fruit tree canopy volume.关键词
