Challenges and countermeasures for the high-quality development of the lychee industry in Maoming City under the"12221"market system
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose]In order to analyzes the current development status and challenges of the lychee industry in Maoming city under the"12221"market system,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the lychee industry in Maoming city,thereby contributing to rural revitalization and the construction of a strong agricultural country.[Method]This article analyzed the current status and influencing factors of the lychee industry,and examined the current situation and development challenges of the lychee industry in Maoming City under the"12221"market system.Using qualitative research methods and combining the results of field research,the article proposed targeted policy recommendations for the development of the lychee industry in Maoming City.[Result]The lychee industry in Maoming City was developing rapidly under the"12221"market system,demonstrating broad growth potential and room for upgranding.However,it also faced challenges including a shortage of human capital,slow digital transformation,weak logistics infrastructure,low added value in the industrial chain,lagging brand development,and insufficient policy support,which severely constrained the high-quality development of the industry.[Conclusion]In response to the aforementioned issues,this paper proposes the following targeted suggestions:Firstly,strengthen skill training to attract young people to return to rural areas for employment,and enhance human capital.Secondly,promote the digital transformation of rural agriculture and strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics facilities.Thirdly,optimize the lychee industry chain in rural areas and improve the driving capacity of leading enterprises.Fourthly,enhance lychee brand building,leverage brand value,and activate the potential of lychee culture.Fifth,strengthen government policy support and improve the practicability of policies.关键词
