Data elements driving the integration of productive services and rural industries:Practical challenges,underlying mechanisms and promotion paths
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose]To investigate the mechanisms and pathways through which data elements drive the integration of productive services and rural industries.[Method]A comprehensive approach combining literature review,causal analysis,and comparative analysis was employed to analyze the logical framework underlying the effective integration of productive services and rural industries,identify existing practical challenges,and explore the mechanisms through which data elements facilitate such integration.The study proposed pathways for leveraging data elements to promote the integration of rural"two industries",thereby achieving comprehensive upgrading of the rural industrial chain,enhancing market competitiveness,and fostering sustainable development capabilities.[Result](1)Under traditional models,constraints imposed by four categories of issues—cost,information,spatial and temporal—made it difficult for rural industries and productive services to move in tandem and achieve integrated development.(2)Data elements,as a production factor,could effectively promote the synergistic and integrated development of production services and rural industries,thereby forming a tightly coupled production relationship.This effectively addressed the four issues in the integration of rural"two industries"under the tradition model,achieving high-quality development of rural industries.(3)Through the synergistic effects of data elementization and"data elements+",rural industries and production services could transition to new industries,new business models,and new modes of operation,forming new productive forces and achieving high-quality development of rural industries.(4)The deep integration of data elements with other production factors could further enhance the comprehensive benefits of rural industries,promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and facilitate the efficient two-way flow of production factors.[Conclusion]Promoting the integration of rural industries and productive services is a major measure for the high-quality development of rural industries.Data elements can effectively empower the integration of rural industries and productive services,thereby promoting the high-quality development of rural industries.It is necessary to establish and improve the formation mechanism of industrial data elements in rural areas,focus on cultivating the data element market,optimize infrastructure,and strengthen supervision and management accordingly.关键词
