Abstract
An investigation was conducted to identify the causes of abnormal steam loss in the industrial park,and corresponding rectification measures and rec-ommendations were proposed.After the rectification,the abnormal steam loss issue was effectively resolved.Directly buried steam pipelines present several disad-vantages,including difficulties in inspection and main-tenance,significant heat loss,and high construction costs.Therefore,overhead installation is recommended for steam pipelines within the park.For steam meter-ing,low-flow scenarios must be fully considered to en-sure accurate measurement across all flow ranges.Dur-ing the design phase,attention should be given not only to eliminating stress concentration in the working pipe but also to addressing stress concentration in the outer protective pipe to prevent damage during opera-tion.关键词
