Abstract
A small-scale bath wastewater waste heat re-covery system is proposed,the system process and con-trol method are introduced.The key devices of the sys-tem were selected and designed.The simulation model of the waste heat recovery system was established by TRNSYS software,and the annual operating param-eters of a single waste heat recovery system were simu-lated.Combined with the simulation results,the cen-tralized water production system(purchasing heat from the boiler room to prepare hot water for bathing)was taken as the comparison object,and the economy of the application case with 30 sets of waste heat recovery systems was analyzed.The simulation results show that the heat pump unit is in intermittent operation and is out of operation for about 66.7%of the bathing time throughout the year.The power consumption of the heat pump unit in the stable operation state does not change much from hour to hour,and it is maintained at 1.5-3.0 kW.The annual average heating performance coefficient of the heat pump unit is 4.2,and the annual average cooling performance coefficient of the system is 5.7.The waste heat recovery system has high energy efficiency.The annual costs of waste heat recovery sys-tem and centralized water production system are 64.82×104 yuan/a and 164.38×104 yuan/a,respec-tively,and the economy of waste heat recovery system is better.关键词
