Research on the Construction of Global Scholars' Intelligent Directory

Abstract
[Research purpose]In the context of intensified global technological competition,technology security has become a crucial component of national security.This paper focuses on the construction of"Global Scholar Intelligent Directory(GSID)"and examines its strategic significance in enhancing national technological competitiveness and security.[Research method]The GSID is an"intelligent,multi-dimensional,interactive,and visualized"analytical system that utilizes systematic multi-dimensional data analysis and interactive visualization techniques to precisely identify strengths and weaknesses in technological innovation.It not only identifies established leading talents but also discovers emerging talents with high potential.Furthermore,the GSID supports the identification and forecasting of critical core technologies,especially focusing on prominent and essential talents in"choke point"technologies,providing decision-making sup-port for talent recruitment,development,and protection.[Research result/conclusion]The GSID offers data-driven insights for talent strategies in specific research areas,strengthens technological control,optimizes talent resource allocation,and facilitates timely adjust-ments in research policies.Additionally,its dynamic monitoring and early-warning functions offer essential protection for national techno-logical security.By improving transparency and responsiveness in the development of technological talents,it lays a solid foundation for China's position in international technological competition,promoting autonomous and sustainable technological development and provi-ding a long-term path for the nation's scientific and technological endeavors.关键词
