Measuring the Information Cocoon Intensity of Social Media Users Based on Generated Content Graph Parsing

Abstract
[Research purpose]Accurately measuring the intensity of users' information cocoons is a prerequisite for effectively addressing information cocoons,and it can provide a scientific basis for formulating targeted governance strategies.[Research method]Given that existing research has not considered the structured information contained in user-generated content,this paper proposes a method for meas-uring the information cocoon intensity of social media users based on generated content graph parsing.Firstly,we regarded the content generated by the social media users at a specific moment as nodes,and the similarity relationships between the generated content at different moments as edges,to construct a user-generated content graph.Secondly,we established the mapping relationship between graph structur-al features and the dimensions of information cocoons,and measured cocoon intensity based on multi-dimensional structural indicators.Fi-nally,we used real data from Sina Weibo to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method,and conducted a visual analy-sis of the information cocoons of users.[Research result/conclusion]The empirical results show that compared to existing measurement methods,the proposed method shows certain improvements in accuracy,precision,recall and F1 score.The research not only measures the intensity of users' information cocoons more comprehensively and accurately,but also enhances the interpretability analysis of the co-coon intensity.关键词
