大语言模型用户中辍行为的现象学研究
A Phenomenography Study of Large Language Model Users' Dropout Behavior
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]To explore the phenomenon,underlying nature,and patterns of dropout behavior among users of large language models,effectively improve the user experience of the large language models,and achieve high-quality user retention.[Re-search method]This study extracts and categorizes data obtained from in-depth interviews based on explanatory phenomenology,and summarizes three phenomena closely related to dropout behavior among users of large language models.[Research result/conclusion]The research results show that the dropout behavior among users of large language models are manifested as active dropout,passive drop-out,and unconscious dropout.At the same time,it was found that cognitive bias,technological suspension,and disinformation are closely related to the dropout behavior among users of large language models.Based on this,strategies and suggestions are proposed to prevent us-ers from dropping out of the large language models and effectively enhance their willingness to continue using them from the perspectives of information literacy,technology embedding,and information quality.关键词
