压电理论视域下人工智能数据安全风险分析及监管问题研究
Research on Data Security Risks and Regulatory Issues of Artificial Intelligence from the Perspective of Piezoelectric Theory

Abstract
[Research purpose]The rapid proliferation of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies has precipitated emergent security inci-dents,including data breaches,data poisoning,and data misuse,which urgently necessitates the establishment of a systematic regulatory framework for artificial intelligence data security risks and regulatory issues.[Research method]Using the method of literature analysis,based on the analysis framework of piezoelectric theory,the types of risks in artificial intelligence data security were identified from the en-dogenous and exogenous perspectives,and the potential regulatory issues were analyzed from the perspectives of pre-event prevention,in-event handling and post-event feedback.[Research result/conclusion]In the pre-event prevention stage,there are regulatory problems such as inability of risk assessment and absence of dynamic assessment.In the in-event handling stage,the problems lie in the obstruction of collaborative response and the disconnection of capability transformation.In the post-event feedback stage,the challenges are the failure of responsibility calibration and the delay in efficiency improvement.关键词
