摘要

Abstract

With the increasing scale of industrial plants,the complexity of the control of heat and humidity and gaseous pollutants in the internal environment of plants has also in-creased significantly.In this paper,a typical single-span industrial plant is taken as the research object,and the horizontal sunken clerestory and the vertical projecting clerestory are selected respectively to analyse the influence of the heat source temperature on the thermal environment of the plant with the help of numerical simulation under the conditions of the set structural scale of the plant as well as the parameter conditions of the micro-envi-ronmental outdoor wind speed.The distribution characteristics of the temperature and ve-locity fields inside the plant under the conditions of 200℃,300℃,400℃and 500℃heat source temperatures,and the temperature change characteristics of the operation area in the range of 1 m to 6 m near the heat source are analysed.The results show that under high-temperature heat sources,the ventilation effect of the sunken clerestory is better than that of the protruding clerestory.The indoor average temperature is reduced by 0.5℃,and reduced by 9.7℃in the working area.
