Abstract
Anti-PD-1,an immune checkpoint inhibitor,is an emerging immunotherapy aimed at counteracting tumor immune evasion mechanisms.This paper presents a three-di-mensional ordinary differential equation tumor-immune model containing the rabbit epidemic checkpoint inhibitor anti-PD-1.Through dynamic analysis of the model,it is ob-served that,in the absence of treatment,the system always has a unique tumor-free equi-librium point and at most two tumor equilibrium points.By applying the Dulac function,it is rigorously demonstrated that no nontrivial positive periodic orbits exist under untreated conditions,thereby establishing the global dynamical behavior of the system in the absence of therapeutic intervention.The research results show that both the possibility parameter p of T cells killing tumor vesicles and the activation of T vesicles with anti-PD-1 inhibitors can effectively inhibit tumor vesicles.关键词
