Abstract
The main production mines under Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group face prominent problems such as low utilization rate of blastholes and low single cycle footage in blasting and excavation work.In order to optimize the cutting blasting effect,a six directional energy aggregation cutting blasting technology is proposed,and the study on characteristic parameters of the six directional energy aggregation tube blasting is conducted.Its core is to concentrate the explosive energy in multiple directions and achieve efficient crushing of the rock mass.Compared with traditional cutting blasting ways,six directional energy aggregation cutting blasting can increase hole spacing,improve blasting efficiency,effectively reduce construction workload and amount of explosive used,and decrease construction cost.The testing results indicate that the actual effect of six directional energy aggregation blasting is highly consistent with the numerical simulation result.This technology significantly improves the efficiency of roadway excavation,and decreases production cost at the same time,providing a new feasible scheme for blasting and excavation work.关键词
