Abstract
Aiming at the problem of unstable coal quality and insufficient excavation of coal ash utilization values in Zhaoshipan Coal Mine,adopts methods such as ash content determination,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy analysis,ash cone method,scanning electron microscopy and so on,the coal ash characteristics of this mine and its relationship with calorific value are systematically studied.The ash content of coal samples is determined by the research,the inorganic element composition of coal ash is determined by utilizing X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy analysis method,the melting characteristic temperature of coal ash is determined by adopting ash cone method,and the microstructure of coal ash is observed through the scanning electron microscopy.The research further reveals that the calorific value shows a distribution law of"high in the middle and low at both ends"in the vertical direction,a distribution law of"high in the north and low in the south,good in the east and poor in the west"in the plane,and a quantitative relationship model between ash content and calorific value is established.Based on the research results,optimization measures such as optimizing the combustion temperature range(1280-1300℃)and directional coal blending to control the calorific value within the range of(27.5±0.3)MJ/kg are proposed,which provide theoretical bases for coal quality classification and utilization and coal ash resource utilization in this mining area.关键词
