薄壳山核桃果生刺盘孢的遗传多样性
Genetic diversity of Colletotrichum fructicola in Carya illinoinensis

Abstract
The population genetic structure of the anthracnose fungus Colletotrichum fructicola on Carya illinoinensis was investigated based on infected samples collected from 18 production areas across 9 provinces in China.In total,78 strains of C.fructicola were identified.According to the phylogenetic analysis based on the ITS-ACT-CAL-CHS-1-GAPDH-TUB2 multi-gene system,the number of combined conserved loci in the multi-gene sequences was 1 814,with a total of 16 polymorphic loci resulting in 18 haplotypes.Five populations,including those of Songyang(ZJSY)and Xiaoshan(ZJXS)from Zhejiang Province,and Tai'an(SDTA)from Shandong Province,showed the highest haplotype diversity index(Hd=1.0),whereas population of Yuxi(YNYX)from Yunnan Province exhibited the lowest genetic diversity(Hd=0)and was significantly differentiated from other populations.Analysis of the haplotype network structure shows that there are 4 shared haplotypes and 14 exclusive haplotypes,suggesting that Hap4 is the ancestral haplotype,with 5 evolutionary branches derived from Hap4 as the center.According to the neutrality test of the population,all three values of the neutrality test were significantly negative,confirming the presence of population expansion among populations in different regions.Research shows that the C.fructicola population possesses rich genetic diversity,with gene exchange and population expansion occurring among different regions.Its genetic distance is related to geographical distribution.This study provides a foundation for deeper understanding of C.fructicola biological traits and evolutionary mechanisms.关键词
