转录组分析揭示茉莉酸甲酯促进双孢蘑菇生长发育的潜在机制
Transcriptome analysis reveals the underlying mechanism of MeJA promoting the growth of Agaricus bisporus
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the yield and improve the economic benefits of Agaricus bisporus,the molecular mechanisms of methyl jasmonate(MeJA)promoting the growth and development of A.bisporus were elucidated through transcriptome analysis.The gene expression changes of A.bisporus were analyzed after spraying with 50 μmol/L MeJA,2%ethanol solution,and ultrapure water.The results showed that MeJA treatment promoted cell division by regulating the expression of genes related to indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),energy metabolism,and chitin metabolism,providing sufficient energy for growth and development.The upregulation of SPCC63.05,RABB1A,and SIS8 genes after MeJA treatment ensured efficient signal transduction in A.bisporus.Therefore,spraying MeJA before harvest can promote the growth and development of A.bisporus by regulating the expression of specific genes,improving the quality and increasing the yield of the fungus.关键词
