摘要
Abstract
To enhance the monitoring of cosmetic adverse reactions in China,the National Medical Products Administration has designated 29 National Cosmetics Adverse Reaction Monitoring and Evaluation Bases(NCARMB)across the country.These bases play a vital technical support role in the national surveillance system.This paper outlines the current development of the NCARMB network from perspectives including its distribution,professional capabilities,support functions,and assigned responsibilities.It also analyzes existing challenges and offers suggestions for future improvement and construction in accordance with practical regulatory needs.关键词
