Abstract
Using computer-aided molecular design,an amphiphilic pentadecapeptide with anti-aging potential was developed via solid-phase synthesis.Due to its amphiphilic nature,the peptide self-assembles in aqueous solution into polymeric nanomicelles through supramolecular interactions.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)confirmed the formation of uniform nanoscale spherical particles.Compared to conventional linear peptides,the nanoglobular peptide exhibited a 102%increase in skin permeability within 2 hours and a 156.8%improvement in enzymatic stability over 90 minutes.Efficacy studies confirmed its significant anti-aging effects.In addition,the peptide also functions as a delivery carrier,capable of encapsulating active ingredients to enhance transdermal absorption.These findings suggest that globular peptides hold great promise as multifunctional active ingredients in cosmetic formulations.关键词
