摘要

Abstract

This study explores the anti-aging effects and mechanisms of pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt(PQQ-Na2)through a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments,including oxidative stress assays in human immortalized keratinocytes,assessment of mitochondrial function and collagen expression in human immortalized fibroblasts,and efficacy evaluations on human skin.The results showed that in keratinocytes,PQQ-Na₂ promoted the expression of Nrf2 and HO-1,reduced intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels,and enhanced resistance to oxidative stress.Compared with conventional antioxidants,PQQ-Na₂ demonstrated superior antioxidant capacity.In fibroblasts,PQQ-Na2 decreased mitochondrial superoxide levels,increased the proportion of active mitochondria,and restored mitochondrial function.Furthermore,PQQ-Na2 significantly upregulated the expression of collagen types IV,VII,and XVIII in the basement membrane,indicating a strong anti-aging effect at the dermal-epidermal junction.Human skin tests further confirmed the significant anti-aging efficacy of PQQ-Na₂.
