摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the repair efficacy of three different molecular weights of hyaluronic acids(HAs),the experiments were carried out from the cellular level to conduct cytotoxicity tests on three different molecular weights of HAs in keratin-forming cells.The results showed that the critical concentrations of high,medium and low molecular weight HAs were 2.5,0.625 and 5 mg/mL respectively.The repair effect was verified using a 3D epidermal skin model after the treatment with HAs in different molecular weights.The results showed that there were differences in the repair effect of HA of different molecular weights,where the high molecular weight HA has the best effect on increasing the content of chitin and ceramide;The medium molecular weight HA has the best effect on enhancing silk fibroin;The effect of small molecular weight HA has best effect on increasing the content of tight junction protein-1 and hyaluronic acid receptor CD44.
