摘要

Abstract

To understand the intervention effect of Staphylococcus epidermidis from human skin on the skin inflammation,37 skin swab samples were collected in Guangzhou,Staphylococcus bacteria were isolated and purified by screening medium,and the isolated strains were identified by 16S rRNA sequencing to construct an phylogenetic tree.An skin inflammatory model with high expression of pyroptosis were constructed using antioxidant assays and lipopolysaccharides(LPS),and the antioxidant activity of isolated strains and their inhibitory effect on the pyroptosis pathway were evaluated.The results showed that one strain of Staphylococcus epidermidis from human skin was isolated and named M-5Y.After the fermentation,the M-5Y fermentation supernatant can significantly scavenge DPPH and ABTS free radicals,and has good antioxidant properties.Meanwhile,the M-5Y fermentation supernatant can significantly inhibit LPS activated pyroptosis pathway in BJ cells,which demonstrates the significant anti-inflammatory properties.
