17种杀菌剂对两种三七根腐病菌的室内毒力测定研究
Toxicity Determination of Fungicides with 17 Different Modes of Actions Against Two Pathogens of Panax notoginseng Root Rot Disease

Abstract
Root rot is the major disease affecting Panax notoginseng.To identify highly active fungicides for field control,17 fungicides from nine groups with different mode of action were selected for antibacterial tests against the pathogenic fungi Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani to compare their antibacterial effects.The plant-derived fungicide osthole showed moderate activity,while the agricultural antibiotic kasugamycin showed relatively low activity.For the tested Fusarium oxysporum strains,fluazinam,pyraclostrobin,tebuconazole,and difenoconazole had EC50 values of less than 1 mg/L and exhibited the best antibacterial effect;trifloxystrobin,dimetachlone,iprodione,propiconazole,flusilazole,chlorothalonil,and carbendazim had values of 1~10 mg/L,indicating intermediate activity.For the tested Fusarium solani strains,tebuconazole had an EC50 value of less than 1 mg/L and showed the best antibacterial effect;fluazinam,iprodione,propiconazole,difenoconazole,and carbendazim had EC50 values of 1~10 mg/L,indicating intermediate activity.The EC50 values of tebuconazole against the two types of Fusarium in Panax notoginseng were 0.345 0 mg/L and 0.764 5 mg/L,respectively,both less than 1 mg/L,indicating the best antibacterial effect on the two types of Fusarium.Fungicides such as difenoconazole,carbendazim,fluazinam,propiconazole,and iprodione also showed good antibacterial effects.Overall,the EC50 values of each fungicide against Fusarium oxysporum are higher than those agasint Fusarium solani,indicating that Fusarium solani is less sensitive to these fungicides than Fusarium oxysporum.关键词
