葡萄灰霉病菌对4种杀菌剂的抗药性研究

Abstract
Thirteen strains of Grapevine grey mold collected from several regions of Hebei Province were tested for resistance to fludioxonil,iprodione,boscalid,and pyrimethanil using the mycelial growth rate method,and their cross-resistance relationships were compared.The results showed resistance frequency of 53.85%,76.92%,76.92%,and 100%to the above four fungicides,respectively.The corresponding EC50 ranges were 0.04~0.25,0.564~4.346,5.231~43.119,and 0.845~68.311µg/mL,respectively.It is thus concluded that the repeated use of the same fungicide should be avoided in the prevention and control of grapevine grey mould.In particular,for grapevine grey mould control in the actual production,the long-term and frequent use of pyrimethanil should be strictly controlled,and the use of isobutyl urea and pyrimethanil should be reasonably alternated.Among the four agents tested,fludioxonil exhibited the strongest inhibitory activity and can be used as a primary fungicide for disease control,but it should be used reasonably.No cross-resistance was detected among fludioxonil,iprodione,boscalid,and pyrimethanil.关键词
