高油脂籽物对烤烟石油醚提取物含量及香气成分的影响
Effects of High-Oil Seed Materials on Petroleum Ether Extract Content and Aroma Components of Flue-Cured Tobacco

Abstract
This experiment was conducted under field production conditions using Zhongyan 100 tobacco leaves with the same stalk position and grade from the same plot as research materials.With conventional inor-ganic fertilizer as control,three treatments were set as conventional inorganic fertilizer combined with 150 kg/hm2 peanut,soybean and sesame seed materials,respectively.The petroleum ether extract content of to-bacco leaves was determined according to the method in YC/T 176-2003,and the aroma components were an-alyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The application effects of different high-oil seed materials on petroleum ether extracts and aroma components of tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that the application of soybean and sesame seed materials significantly increased the yield of petroleum ether extracts,and the effect of soybean seed material exhibited the best with 20.12%higher than that of the control.Compared to the control,the application of the three high-oil seed materials all significantly elevated the total aroma components,and the effect of sesame seed material was the best.All the three treatments in-creased the neophytadiene content and its proportion in total amount of aroma components.Further analysis of the 30 shared aroma components revealed distinct impacts of different high-oil seed materials:the application of soybean seed material was the best for enhancing carotenoid degradation products and phenylalanine-derived degradation products,while the application of sesame seed material outperformed soybean and peanut seed ma-terials in boosting Maillard reaction products,neophytadiene and cembranoid degradation products(e.g.,sol-anone).Peanut seed material significantly increased the content and proportion of farnesyl acetone among ca-rotenoid degradation products.Comprehensively,the application of soybean seed material had better perform-ance in aroma enhancement but slightly underperformed in controlling sensory irritancy,whereas the applica-tion of sesame seed material not only enriched aroma but also significantly improved smoke smoothness,so they were more suitable for current production practices.关键词
