赤芝的化学成分及其抗三阴性乳腺癌活性研究
Chemical constituents from Ganoderma lucidum and their anti-triple negative breast cancer activities

Abstract
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Ganoderma lucidum and evaluate their anti-triple negative breast cancer activities.Methods The structures were isolated using diverse column chromatography techniques from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum and identified by 1D,2D NMR and HRESIMS data.Compounds that can in-hibit MDA-MB-231 cells proliferation were initially screened through CCK-8 and IC50 assay.Results Five new compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the 80%ethanol extract of G.lucidum.The structures were identi-fied as bslingzhines A~E(1~5).The IC50 of compound 5 was calculated to be 61.01 μmol·L-1.Conclusion Compounds 1~5 are new lanostane triterpenoids with weak or without in vitro anti-tumor ability.关键词
