黄芪建中汤主要成分的体内代谢及组织分布研究进展
Research progress on the metabolism in vivo and tissue distribution of the main components of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction comprises seven medicinal herbs:Astragali Radix,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Prepared Licorice,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,Jujubae Fructus,and maltose.Clinical and pharmacological studies have demonstrated that Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction is effective in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders,including gastric ulcers,duodenal ulcers,and chronic atrophic gastritis.The decoction exhibits a high cure rate coupled with a low recurrence rate.However,the pharmacological basis of its constituent substances remains inadequately unclear.Due to the complex composition of the compound,it is difficult to study the active ingredients,and in vivo metabolism and target organ distribution are the means to quickly screen potential active ingredients.However,due to different experimental conditions(administration time,dosage,sample collection methods,etc.)during the research process,the experimental results were inconsistent.Based on this,this article analyzed and summarized the in vivo metabolism and tissue distribution of the main components of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction by reviewing relevant literature on Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and its single ingredient formulations,providing reference for the study of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction's pharmacological substances.关键词
