摘要

Abstract

In order to centralize and integrate high-quality crop germplasm resources,reduce the pressure of centralized data storage,improve the security of high-quality crop germplasm data,and increase the protection and utilization of high-quality crop germplasm resources,a"blockchain+IPFS"on chain and off chain collaborative storage model was constructed in response to the current situation where there is little research on the storage of high-quality crop germplasm resources data.Reduced on chain storage pressure,built IPFS(InterPlanetary File System)nodes.The specific germplasm data was stored in IPFS,Store the hash value and germplasm summary information returned by IPFS into the blockchain to solve the problem of the blockchain being unable to bear the amount of redundant data.designed a smart contract for crop publishing,adding,and querying,and called the smart contract to complete data operations.Finally,the storage performance of the model was tested in terms of storage space and storage time.Experimental results indicate that the model reduces the storage pressure on local storage space;although there is a slight delay in storage time,it remains within an acceptable range.
