Study on the Bulk Interception System of South African Intelligence Department
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Bulk interception by intelligence department is one of the important means of collecting national security intelligence.Studying the evolution and basic content of bulk interception system of the intelligence department in South Africa,a"Global South"country,can broaden the theoretical perspective of the bulk interception system.[Research method]The historical research method is adopted to sort out the evolution of the bulk interception system of the South African intelligence department,and the normative analysis method is used to study the basic content of this system.[Research result/conclusion]The 2025 General Intelligence Act Amendment pro-vides a clear legal basis for South Africa's bulk interception system,which includes the implementing entity,interception content,prior ju-dicial authorization,management of data acquisition,and supervision.However,the bulk interception system still has many shortcomings in protecting citizens' rights.关键词
