Analysis of Russia's Financial Intelligence Work
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]By systematically analyzing the current strategic position and characteristics of Russia's financial intelli-gence work,this study focused on the challenges Russia faced amid digital economy and international sanctions,as well as the measures taken,to offer valuable policy insights and institutional references.[Research method]This study analyzed Russian literature,laws,pol-icies,and cases to explore the strategic role of financial intelligence in Russia's national security.It examined the current organizational structure,coordination mechanisms,and regulatory approaches,and analyzed the coping strategies in the context of digital economy and international sanctions.[Research result/conclusion]Financial intelligence is increasingly important in Russia's national security strate-gy.Russia has established a highly centralized,collaborative,and risk-oriented financial intelligence system led by the Federal Financial Monitoring Service,showing institutional resilience and adaptability in facing digital challenges and sanctions pressure.关键词
