Research on the Construction of Scientific and Technological Intelligence Work System Oriented to Scientific and Technological Security Risks Perception and Response

Abstract
[Research purpose]In view of the development of scientific and technological security at home and abroad,there is an urgent need to strengthen the monitoring and early warning of scientific and technological security risks.Improving the scientific and technological intelligence work system and enhancing the perception,warning,and response to scientific and technological security risks in complex in-formation environments are the focuses of the study.[Research method]Using methods such as literature survey,systematic induction and analysis,this paper summarizes the content and requirements of the workflow of scientific and technological security risk perception and response,combines with the characteristics of scientific and technological intelligence work,and constructs the scientific and techno-logical intelligence work system for scientific and technological security risk perception and response at the level of the framework and im-plementation path.[Research result/conclusion]Faced with the needs of scientific and technological security risks perception and re-sponse,the framework of scientific and technological intelligence work contains four parts:data base,risk analysis,service application and basic support,and its implementation path includes constructing all-source data,improving the analysis framework,integrating intelligent information technology,enhancing the refined service ability,and promoting the intelligence response in complex risk environment.关键词
