Financial Support for Rural Revitalization:A Perspective from Whole Agricultural Industrial Chain

Abstract
This paper argues that the whole agricultural industry chain essentially relies on stable input-output relationships among sectors,proposing two financial support approaches targeting" indus-trial sectors"and"inter-sector relationships"to address core questions on financial support for the chain,industry,and system.Key findings include:(1)Finance supports sectors via direct and indirect effects;direct effects outweigh indirect ones in factor input,while indirect effects dominate market space,and neglecting them may underestimate financial support.(2)The financial industry's average support exceeds that of insurance,though both show declining trends,with enhanced mutual support;fi-nance exhibits some"shift from real to virtual"issues.(3)Finance acts as the"stabilizer"and primary driver of the whole agricultural industry chain,critical for its operation,despite weakened driving force.关键词
