摘要

Abstract

As one of the few unexplored areas for sandstone-type uranium deposits in China,Mohe Basin is in urgent need to investgate its mineralization potential in the context of increasing request of uranium resource security.Through a systematic summary of basic uranium mineralizationcondition of the basin,including uranium sources,structure and sedimentary formations,it was believed that the Mohe basin has good potential for sandstone-type uranium mineralization.The main exploration target strata are the Middle Jurassic and the main exploration type should be interlayer oxidation deposits,while considering paleochannel-type sandstone uranium deposits.Specifically,the sectors between Shiba and Suian station and between Ershiwu station and Beiji village were proposed as the favorable areas for interlayer oxidation zone-type,while the sectore of Huolapen and the Sanhe station favorable for paleochannel-type.This study can effectively guide the exploration of sandstone-type uranium deposits in the Mohe basin.
