The Generative Logic,Practical Constraints and Key Breakthroughs of Promoting Chinese Modernization Through Urban-rural Integrated Development

Abstract
Urban-rural integrated development constitutes an essential requirement for Chinese modernization.However,the optimization of China's urban-rural relationship still faces a series of prac-tical constraints,necessitating breakthroughs in critical areas.This study examines the intrinsic linkages,practical challenges,and strategic pathways between urban-rural integration and Chinese mod-ernization.Theoretically and practically,it demonstrates that advancing Chinese modernization through urban-rural integration represents both an inheritance and innovation of Marxist urban-rural theory,a culmination of the Communist Party of China's century-long governance experiences,and a concrete practice of the new development philosophy.This approach serves as a core mechanism for achieving common prosperity,facilitating domestic circulation,and promoting regional coordination.The study identifies persistent challenges,including insufficient synergy between new urbanization and rural revi-talization,impediments to factor mobility,shallow industrial integration,and imbalanced public resource allocation.To address these constraints,the paper proposes policy pathways featuring deepened reforms,including advancing high-quality county-level economic development,improving urban-rural factor market systems,fostering industrial integration platforms,and optimizing public goods provision.关键词
