水务监测站数据质量控制方法与系统设计研究

Abstract
Aiming at the abnormal data problems caused by instrument stability,signal interference,network abnormalities,etc.in water monitoring stations,this paper conducts research on the quality control method of real-time monitoring data of water affairs.The study develops and implements a quality control algorithm library,such as extreme value check,internal consistency check,time consis-tency check and spatial consistency check of rain conditions,water conditions,and water quality.Besides,the study designs and develops a water data quality control system platform for five functional modules including data acquisition,processing,storage,display,and ser-vices.Through the collaboration of control flow and algorithm set,this paper carries out"error value elimination,singular value labeling,and defective value interpolation"on water data through the synergy of the control process and the algorithm library,effectively solving the problem of water data anomalies and verifying the feasibility of the water monitoring data quality control method.关键词
