Abstract
To illuminate the competitive landscape of marine hoisting devices,elucidate the patent-deployment strategies of leading foreign firms,and furnish actionable guidance for Chinese enterprises'technological innovation and patent planning,professional patent-analytic tools and a systematic methodology were employed in the research.Patents of the top-ranked foreign applicants in the field are exhaustively examined and compared.Results indicate that foreign firms sustain industry leadership through high-quality patents,characterized by high grant rates,extended maintenance terms,and intensive citations,whose technological coverage is strategically aligned with their proprietary development trajectories.Although Chinese enterprises exhibit rapid growth in filing volume,deficiencies persist in patent depth and scope of protection.These findings delineate the innovation dynamics of marine hoisting devices and offers strategic recommendations for Chinese firms to transition from quantity-driven catch-up to quality-oriented leadership.关键词
