摘要

Abstract

Owing to operational constraints and the repetitive extension/retraction cycles inherent to underground extensible belt conveyors,the travelling carriage within the belt storage bin frequently drifts,inducing belt misalignment through uneven tension distributions.By conducting a force-based analysis of belt deviation within the storage bin,a roller-type correction device,an idler-type correction device,and an anti-deviation device for the travelling carriage were developed.Detailed design calculations and type selection were performed,followed by finite element analysis of the correction device.The results offer a theoretical basis for the systematic design of belt-track correction systems for extensible belt conveyor belt storage bin.
