基于图像轮廓哈希编码的工件识别方法及应用研究

Abstract
This paper proposes a recognition method based on workpiece shape feature encoding,which achieves automatic recognition and classification of workpiece shape by automatically generating unique feature codes.The method is based on extracting contour features from workpiece images and generating hash codes.The main process includes image segmentation,connected region analysis,contour line extraction,polygon approximation,contour trajectory parameterization,and feature hash coding.By extracting contour curves from workpiece images and using contour image moments and contour curve trajectory parameters as contour features according to the requirements of workpiece recognition,an automatic feature encoding retrieval index was established for the workpiece database,and a hash function was used to generate feature identifiers.This method can effectively improve the discrimination and recognition rate of features,so as to achievefast and accurate recognition of workpieces.关键词
