数字殖民主义下情报的攫取、消纳和对象化
The Acquisition,Consumption, and Objectification of Intelligence Under Digital Colonialism
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Under digital hegemonism, the digital colonial attribute of intelligence has become increasingly prominent.Studying the hegemonic and exploitative logic in the operation of intelligence under digital colonialism has become an unavoidable practical issue. There is an urgent need to explore the operating mechanism in the process of intelligence acquisition, consumption and objectifica-tion.Seek effective strategies to deal with the invasion of intelligence activities on digital sovereignty, security and the global multi-gov-emance system under digital colonialism.[Research method]By using the methods of analysis and case study based on Marxist capital theory and digital power theory, the operational logic of digital colonization in intelligence is summarized, and the potential threats and governance paths of intelligence acquisition, consumption and objectification to the dissolution of subjectivity and global governance are explored.[Research result/conclusion]Digital colonialist intelligence activities,by acquiring data and converting it into exploitable knowledge and power capital, have transformed the digital intelligence of individuals, groups and even countries into exploitable and con-trollable objects, systematically reconstructing the global power order and causing global governance predicaments. To crack the logic of digital exploitation in intelligence acquisition, consumption and subject objectification under digital colonialism,it is necessary to construct a four-in-one hierarchical strategy of"technology-platform-state-international".关键词
