Abstract
Hydraulic lifting platforms are widely used in industry,yet safety incidents remain recurrent.At present,no unified and definitive method exists for determining whether such equipment qualifies as special lifting equipment.To provide regulatory authorities with a consistent appraisal framework,including methods and suggestions,relevant clauses in GB 28755-2012 Safety Rules for Simple Lifts and TSG 51-2023 Regulation on Safety Technology for Lifting Appliances are systematically reviewed.On this basis,an jurisdiction appraisal methodology is proposed that integrates two distinct load-calculation approaches,which is of great significance for the standardized supervision of hydraulic lifting platforms.关键词
