摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the external influencing factors affecting the safety of cold sources for coastal nuclear power plants by studying risk preventive measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.Through literature analysis and case study, the main factors influencing cold source safety were found to be marine biological invasion, environmental factors and other. To prevent these factors influence on cold source,multi-level measures were proposed which include the construction of technological control methods, optimization of engineering design, and improvement of management methods. The technological control methods include the construction of multi-layered monitoring network for the cold source system, including satellite, airborne, marine surface, subaquatic and terminal monitoring technologies, and the utilization of intelligent interception technologies, including active deterrence and mechanical removal. In terms of engineering design, the multi-level redundant filtration design was emphasized for the necessity,an optimized design schemes were proposed for multi-level redundant filtration,a defense-in-depth system was suggested for the cold source system to add intake guide dikes and emergency passages. In terms of management methods, measures such as establishing a biological outbreak risk calendar, improving the standard system, and enhancing early warning mechanisms were proposed. With the advancement of technology, the cold source system will develop towards a more intelligent and refined direction.关键词
