Abstract

Wheels are a key component in direct contact with the track,and their wear state directly affects the safety and stability of the train.This study takes the CRH400AF EMU as the research object,comprehensively considers different line factors,and conducts an in-depth analysis of wheel wear and turning laws.First,based on historical turning data,the relationship between wheel rim thickness and wheel diameter is analyzed,and the relationship between the two is fitted by regression analysis method to obtain the compensation rule of wheel rim thickness.Finally,based on the wear characteristics of Beijing-Guangzhou Expressway,Beijing-Hong Kong-Kowloon Line and Beijing-Kowloon Line,the turning rules of EMU are analyzed.The results show that wheel wear is closely related to line conditions,and there are significant differences in wear laws under different lines.
