Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive drilling soft channel drainage in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HCH).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 120 patients with HCH admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from July 2022 to July 2024.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group underwent craniotomy for hematoma evacuation,while the study group underwent minimally invasive drilling soft channel drainage.Both groups were followed up for 3 months after surgery.The neurological function,hematoma clearance rate,daily living ability,quality of life and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Three months after the operation,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in both groups were lower than those before the operation,the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One day after the operation,the hematoma clearance rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);three days after the operation,there was no statistically significant difference in the hematoma clearance rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after the operation,the scores of the Activities of Daily Living Scale and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in both groups were higher than those before the operation,and the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 8.33%,which was lower than 21.67%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive drilling and soft-channel drainage surgery for patients with HCH can effectively remove hematoma,improve their neurological function,enhance their ability to live and quality of life,and has good safety.enhance quality of life,and has good safety.关键词
